Project Brief

The project involved the construction of a largely steel portal warehouse, incorporating dado panels for the storage and manufacture of mining materials, with a large office to the frontage. Due to flammable nature of the materials required to be stored inside, a full ring main hydrant system and a comprehensive sprinkler system incorporating both diesel pumps and full capacity tanks were installed with full fire brigade monitoring.

Project Description

The project comprised the construction of a two-story office facility of 360m²and a warehouse area of 3,800m² with the additional incorporation of a manufacturing area enclosed behind rapid rise doors for dust control. A substantial canopy provided sheltered access for loading and unloading facilities. Transit Provide all power and lighting for the project.
