We are proud to announce the successful completion of a challenging and rewarding fit-out project at 251 St Georges Terrace, finalized in July 2020. Over an impressive timeline of just eight weeks, our team transformed two floors to meet the client’s needs. We designed and installed two custom-made distribution boards within four weeks, showcasing our commitment to efficiency and precision. Additionally, we supplied and installed 350 bespoke LED panels, seamlessly integrated with the existing air boots to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. The project also featured comprehensive lighting control, including advanced daylight harvesting, all incorporated into the building’s Building Management System (BMS). This project highlights our technical expertise and our ability to deliver tailored solutions that optimize energy efficiency and user comfort.
