Transit Group WA is proud to be delivering the electrical infrastructure for the redevelopment of Beale Park Sporting Facilities in Spearwood, WA.

This major community project will see the transformation of the site into a modern sporting precinct, complete with new clubroom facilities, upgraded public areas, high-performance sports lighting, improved car park lighting, communications infrastructure, and solar.

Our scope includes the full electrical package across the development, with new mains and distribution infrastructure, extensive underground reticulation, fibre communications, CCTV backbone cabling, AV services, and a 9kW solar system.

A standout feature of the project is the installation of 17 high-mast sports lighting towers, including nine 37-metre towers and eight 25-metre towers, all fitted with Philips OptiVision floodlights to deliver professional-grade lighting for night training and competition.

The works also include 34 new car park lighting poles, new switchboards and distribution boards, and complete fit-out of the clubroom facilities with power, lighting, communications, and AV services.

With approximately 1.5 kilometres of trenching and close to 10 kilometres of conduit installation, this project highlights Transit Group WA’s capability to deliver complex, large-scale electrical infrastructure that supports vibrant, future-ready community spaces.
