We are proud to be delivering the complete electrical package for the new QUBE Energy facility in Kenwick, a major industrial development designed to support large-scale logistics and energy operations in Western Australia.
The project sits on a 142,892m² site and features a 36,000m² high-bay warehouse, an 800m² double storey office, two 250m² dock offices, dedicated wash bay facilities, and a dangerous goods storage building, with a total building area of 38,275m².
In addition to the built facilities, the development includes over 100,000m² of fully illuminated external hardstand, providing operational capacity for heavy vehicle movements and large-scale logistics operations.
Electrical Scope
Our team is responsible for the complete electrical design and turnkey installation across the entire site. The project includes a 1MVA incoming power supply with generator connection capability, providing resilient power infrastructure for the facility.
The installation comprises 12 switchboards distributing power throughout the development via extensive mains and submains reticulation, including long-distance cable pulls exceeding 250 meters.
Lighting across the facility includes over 1,000 light fittings, servicing both internal warehouse spaces and the extensive external hardstand areas. High-mast 30-metre lighting towers will provide safe and uniform illumination across the operational yard.
To maximise efficiency and operational control, the entire lighting system will be integrated through a Philips Dynalite lighting control system, enabling advanced lighting management across warehouse, office, and external areas.
This project represents a significant large-scale industrial installation and highlights our capability to deliver fully integrated electrical solutions for complex logistics and infrastructure developments.
